Yaya and the Dan-Tats’ gorgeous cover is currently featured along with all of these amazing AAPI creators in the Asian And Asian American Voices Cabin #8 at The Highlights Foundation. I’m so proud to be a member of this AAPI Highlights community so will keep on supporting this cabin initiative and uplifting my fellow creators and collaborators. Last year, I was lucky enough to be the first to stay in the newly inaugurated Cabin 8.
This past May I was lucky enough to have time to attend my second Asian and Asian American Voices In-community Retreat at Highlights, where I was reunited with friends I made at last year’s retreat, and made some new friends as well. I love this community of creators so much, and I always come away being so inspired by everyone.
